K2 Workflow and Task - Sleep a task

Use the K2 Workflow and Task - Sleep a task action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. Actions are the steps the workflow performs to complete a process. to pause or suspend a task for a period of time. By sleeping a task, you allocate the task to yourself to work on later. While a task is sleeping, it is not available in your task list. If you want to work on the task before the end of the period, you can use the K2 Workflow and Task - Wake a task action to change the status of the task. Configure the K2 Workflow and Task - Sleep a task action

  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.

  2. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
  1. Type the Serial number of the task.

  2. Select the sleeping period.
