Dropbox Business - Store a file
The Dropbox Business - Store a file action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. Actions are the steps the workflow performs to complete a process. stores a file specified by a variable to a selected destination in a selected Dropbox Business account.

Configure the Dropbox Business - Store a file action

Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.
- Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
- Select a Member ID.
- Under Source, select a variable for File. You can select a file variable for a single file or a collection variable for a set of files.
- Under Destination, in Path, type the file path where you want to store the file. You can also browse the folder structure using the browse icon () to select a path.
- Select an option for Overwrite file.
Note: The Connection and Member ID must be selected for the Destination Path field to become configurable.
Dropbox Business - Store a file action fields, buttons, and settings
Caution: If a file/folder that's used in a workflow is moved, renamed, or deleted, any workflows that use that file/folder will not start or will fail. Make sure you keep the paths in your workflow configurations up to date.
