Box - Store a file
The Box - Store a file action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. stores files in the specified variable to Box.

Configure the Box - Store a file action

Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.
- Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
- In File, select the source file. You can select a file variable for a single file or a collection variable for a set of files.
- In Folder path, type the file path where you want to copy the file. You can also browse the folder structure using the browse icon ().
- Select an option for Overwrite file.
Maintain path integrity
Caution: If a file/folder that's used in a workflow is moved, renamed, or deleted, any workflows that use that file/folder will not start or will fail. Make sure you keep the paths in your workflow configurations up to date.
