Api2Pdf - Generate PDF from URL

Use the Api2Pdf - Generate PDF from URL action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. Actions are the steps the workflow performs to complete a process. to convert a URL or web page to PDF using Headless Chrome on AWS Lambda. A Uniform Resource Locator (URL) is the address of a given unique resource on the web.

Configure the Api2Pdf - Generate PDF from URL action

  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.

  2. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.

  1. Specify the URL of the page you want to convert to PDF.

  2. Specify the File name for the output PDF.

  3. Select the Page orientation of the PDF.

  4. Select the Print background of the PDF.

Output PDF details Stores the result of the action as an object. The following values are returned:
  • URL: (Text) The URL for the generated PDF.
    Note: 

    This integration is anonymous and there is no authorization required to access the URL. Anyone who has access to the URL has access to PDFs created here.

  • Megabytes input: (Decimal) The number of input megabytes, for example 0.06463.
  • Megabytes output: (Decimal) The number of output megabytes, for example 0.73327.
  • Cost: (Decimal) The cost for the conversion, see Api2Pdf Pricing for more information.
  • Successful: (Boolean) Whether the conversion to PDF was successful.
  • Response ID: (Text) An identifier for the successful conversion. You use this value in aApi2Pdf - Delete a generated PDF action.
