Overview
K2 Intelligence enables you to integrate the AI-powered capabilities into your environment. It allows you to define and execute AI driven tasks directly from workflows, forms and views.
The K2 Intelligence installer is included as an optional component, which can be run in addition to the standard Nintex Automation K2 installation.
With K2 Intelligence you can configure and publish tasks that instruct an AI model to perform specific actions, process information, or generate responses based on defined inputs. You can also specify the expected response format to enable structured and predictable results, adding more intelligent orchestration to your Nintex Automation K2 applications, using a dynamic SmartObject that covers the following required capabilities:
- Sentiment Analysis
- Severity Analysis
- Summarization
- Language Detection (for the four supported languages: German, Spanish, Arabic, French and English)
Installer
The installer is available in the Nintex Automation Installation and Configuration Guide.
Service instance
Use the K2 Intelligence service to create and run AI-powered tasks within your environment by defining the task and its expected response. For advanced configuration of the underlying model, see K2 Intelligence Service Windows service.
Prompting
Use the out-of-the-box Sentiment Analysis, Severity Analysis, Summarization, and Language Detection SmartObjects to execute AI prompts.
Workflow tasks
SmartObjects created by the K2 Intelligence service are surfaced in the workflow designer in the System>K2 Intelligence Service>K2 Intelligence Service folder and can be used to apply the available SmartObject methods within a workflow.
Views and forms interaction
You can incorporate your K2 Intelligence SmartObjects in your views and forms for a better user experience.
