What's New in K2 Cloud Update 9 Fix Pack 2

The following bugs have been fixed in this Fix Pack:

  • When you generate an Audit Report from Management > Licenses, slow performance was experienced and a timed out error occurred.
  • When you view the host server logs, an “H” showed in an error message. Example: “The server was unable to action the workflow task {EventName}({WorklistItemSerialNumber})".
  • When you upload a document to a K2 integrated SharePoint Document Library containing a required Lookup column, the “No item Exists. It may have been deleted or renamed by another user” error occurred and you could not select a value from the Lookup list.
  • When you use the REST Service type to integrate with a REST endpoint and calling the rest service, the K2 Host Server became unresponsive and the “Out of Memory” error occurred.
