What's New in K2 Cloud Update 7 Fix Pack 8

The following bugs have been fixed in this Fix Pack:

  • After upgrading to K2 Cloud Update 7, the "String reference not set to an instance of a String. Parameter name: s" error occurred causing workflow emails to fail.
  • When setting up Cloud Storage (using the Cloud Storage Broker) to integrate with Box and executing the List Contents method on the Folder SmartObject to upload a file, the "Value was either too large or too small for an Int32." error occurred.
  • When you try to deploy a package using Package and Deployment, a "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: Property return type cannot be null" error occurred. After applying the fix pack, you need to create a new package.
  • When you try to create a package using Package and Deployment, and select to automatically include dependent items as Referenced Items, the "Process is referencing the [name] SmartObject that could not be found" error occurred.

  • When you try to register the K2 CRM Service (in your K2 Cloud environment) to access your on premises CRM database using third party T-Safe Secure Data Access (SDA), registration failed.
