CRM Event Wizard - Customer Relationship Management Introduction

Customer relationship management (CRM) is a field of customer relations that has been widely adopted and implemented  for managing a company’s interactions with their customers, clients and sales prospects. CRM is usually implemented as a technology solution which then automate and synchronize business processes—principally sales activities and this can be extended to marketing, customer service, and technical support. The objective of CRM is to find, attract, and win new clients, nurture and retain those the company already has, entice former clients back into the fold, and reduce the costs of marketing and client service.
