Plan Just Once Scenarios and Outcomes

By default, the Worklist Filter is not displaying all statuses of Worklist items. See Worklist Filter for detail on how the Worklist Filter impacts the Worklist items displayed.

Scenario 1

One Destination User - One slot

The Destination user is assigned a task and gets a worklist item. Opening the item sets the task for the entire activity to Open. If one opens the worklist item, it will disappear from the other's worklist as the item will be Allocated. Workflow report shows who actioned the task	Original user no longer sees the item. Workflow report shows who actioned the tasks. 5 Users need to complete the tasks before the Activity completes.
