One at a time Scenarios and Outcomes

By default, the Worklist Filter is not displaying all statuses of Worklist items. See Worklist Filter for detail on how the Worklist Filter impacts the Worklist items displayed.

The Destination user is assigned a task and gets a worklist item. Opening the item sets the task for the entire activity to Open.	Workflow report shows the user who actioned the task. Management Worklist shows assigned to user.	Both users see the item on their worklist. If one opens the worklist item, it will disappear from the other's worklist as the item will be Allocated.
