Document Package Designer - Differences between Classic and Lightning

Document Package Designer Classic is the legacy designer used with Salesforce Classic. Salesforce now uses a new interface called Salesforce Lightning that contains many improvements to usability and design. Nintex DocGen uses a Salesforce Lightning designer while using Salesforce Lightning to utilize the design and usability improvements of the new interface.

This section covers the main changes you will need to know about making the switch from using Nintex DocGen in Salesforce Classic to the Lighting designer in Salesforce Lightning. The following table lists the key feature locations and key differences between Salesforce Classic and Salesforce Lightning with use of Nintex DocGen.
