Access denied
If Nintex RPA LE is not running, you may receive an Access Denied error message when you attempt to access it.

If you receive an Access Denied error message in Nintex RPA Central, complete the following troubleshooting actions:

Check to see if the Nintex RPA Central service is running. If it isn't, start it. You may need to contact your administrator in order to start it.

Check to see if the user you're using to connect to Nintex RPA Central is actually a user in Nintex RPA Central. If not, try connecting using the account you used when you originally installed Nintex RPA Central. Sometimes, if you've just configured a security certificate, this resolution will solve your problem.

Check if your license expired and therefore your license key is invalid. Contact Nintex Support to renew your license.

If you receive an Access Denied error message in Nintex Bot, complete the following troubleshooting actions:

Join your company's VPN.

Ask your administrator to make sure that you are a user in Nintex RPA Central. For more help, go to Add a new user.
