Quick links

Use the quick links function to list processes that need to be available to your whole organization. Using the quick links list makes them easily accessible by anyone that logs in to your Process Manager site, helping them save time finding them. These are typically processes that need to be read or reviewed by all employees.

View processes on the quick links list

  1. On the Home page select the Quick links tab.

  2. Select the process you want to view.

Add a process to the quick links list

Promaster A Nintex Process Manager system administrator who administers a Nintex Promapp site and has rights to view and edit all areas of a Nintex Promapp site. privilege is required.

A process can be added from any tab within a process (Map, Procedure, or Edit).

  1. Navigate to a process.
  2. Click settings and then click Add to "Quick links".

Remove a process from the quick links list

A process can be removed from any tab within a process (Map, Procedure, or Edit).

  1. Navigate to a process.
  2. Click settings and then click Remove from "Quick links".

 

Considerations

  • The Enable company quick links setting in System Settings must be set to On for the quick links tab to show on the Home page.

  • Only a Promaster A Nintex Process Manager system administrator who administers a Nintex Promapp site and has rights to view and edit all areas of a Nintex Promapp site. can add processes to the quick links list.

  • Promasters can only add a process if it is not in a Process Group that is role restricted - the process must be available to the All-Staff role.

  • Only published processes can be added to the quick links list.

  • If a process is In Progress or Awaiting feedback, the option to add or remove the process from quick links is not available.

  • The list is limited to 20 processes. An error message shows when you attempt to add more than 20 processes.

  • If you archive a process that is on the quick links list, that the process will no longer show in the quick links list.

  • The list or processes shows from newest to oldest based on when they were added to the list.

  • The Quick links tab is available to all users.
