My Reviews tab
The My Reviews tab lists all processes and documents due for review by Process Owners A user responsible for ensuring the process is operating effectively, and continuously improving. Not necessarily a subject matter expert, but empowered with organisational authority to approve changes as needed. or Process Experts A user who performs day-to-day process management on behalf of the Process Owner. This role requires detailed understanding of the process. and Document Owners A user responsible for reviewing documents according to the set review periods..
Review notifications are color coded to show their status:
- Green: Not yet due
- Yellow: Due within 10% of the review period
- Red: Due immediately or overdue.
- Promasters A Nintex Promapp system administrator who administers a Nintex Promapp site and has rights to view and edit all areas of a Nintex Promapp site. can choose not to receive process or document review notifications, if they are not the Process Owner or Process Expert.
- This can be configured from Admin > Configure > Dashboard > Enable Promaster notifications for ALL REVIEWS.
Note: Process review notifications are sent if the review is due within 12 months or if the process review is overdue and process is published.
The following table describes who gets notified.

Do the following to view review details.
- On the main navigation bar, click My Dashboard > My Reviews.
The notification status is red when the due date has been reached or passed, and yellow when review is due within 10% of the review period. For example: when the review period is set to 6 months, the process or document status will turn orange 18 days before the review is due.
Do one of the following to address review items.

Click View to display the process details, review the process, and publish with any required changes. If there are no changes required, publish the process with a change description such as 'Process reviewed, no changes needed’.

Click Mark as reviewed, enter an appropriate summary note and click Submit to mark the process or document as reviewed. This will remove the notification from your dashboard.
Note: These review actions are based on the Enable explicit process reviews (Default: On) setting.
Do one of the following to address document review items.
- Click Edit to replace the document with a new version.
- Select the Reviewed check box to mark the document review as completed.
Note: The next review due date for the document is calculated as the last reviewed date + the review frequency months (this is the frequency specified on the document, or if no review schedule is specified then this is the global default review schedule specified at Admin > Configuration > Dashboard ). If an upload is marked as 'reviewed' then this will mark the document as reviewed.
