Licensing limits
Important: Some users may have legacy licensing agreements that differ from the tiers outlined below. If you are unsure which license tier applies to your organization, please contact your account manager.
Process Manager licensing defines limits and entitlements based on your subscription tier. These limits determine how many processes, users, and add-ons are available in your environment.
Process Manager subscriptions are offered in the following tiers:
-
Essentials: This package is suited to customers who are just getting started or have basic requirements.
-
Professional: Designed for small and medium businesses.
-
Expert: Designed for customers with more complex requirements who require a full range of features. Provides all features in the Essentials and Professional packages, plus additional features.
-
Enterprise: Designed for enterprise-sized customers. This is a full-featured package with the flexibility of user-based licensing.
