Webex - List meetings

Use the Webex - List meetings action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. Actions are the steps the workflow performs to complete a process. to retrieve a list of meetings.

You can use the list to provide the meeting ID to the Webex - Get a meeting and Webex - Add invitee to a meeting actions.

Configure the Webex - List meetings action

  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.

  1. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
  1. Configure the other fields as needed.
  2. Create or select a variable for the output.

  Meeting number The meeting number for your meeting. Text, Decimal, Integer, Boolean, DateTime, Collection
  Current scheduled meeting Option to list meetings that are currently scheduled or not. No default set. Boolean
  From date and time Limits the retrieved list of meetings to those after this date and time. Used with To date and time to create a date range. Example: 2021-01-01 08:00:00 Text, Decimal, Integer, Boolean, DateTime, Collection
  To date and time Limits the retrieved list of meetings to those before this date and time. Used with From date and time to create a date range. Example: 2021-01-01 08:30:00 Text, Decimal, Integer, Boolean, DateTime, Collection
  Number of meetings The maximum number of meetings to retrieve. Maximum of 100, default 10. Text, Decimal, Integer, Boolean, DateTime, Collection
