Use the Webex - Add invitee to a meeting action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. Actions are the steps the workflow performs to complete a process. to invite a person to attend a meeting.

Configure the Webex - Add invitee to a meeting action

  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.

  1. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
  1. Specify a Meeting ID.
  2. Specify an Invitee email.
  3. Configure name, cohost, and host fields as needed.
  4. Create or select a variable for the output.

  Meeting ID

The meeting number/text associated with your scheduled meeting. If using a variable, use a meeting ID.
