Creating support packages

You can create, download, and delete support packages for error-containing workflows and for the entire farm.
For more information about support packages, see Support packages.

To create a workflow support package

  • In the Workflow Errors section, in the Actions column, click Create Workflow Support Package for the desired workflow.
    Note: Workflow support packages can be created for error-containing workflows only. 
To create a farm support package
  • In the Farm Support Packages section, click Create Farm Support Package.
To download a support package
  • Click the linked package file name: For workflows, these links are in the Actions column; for the farm, these links are in the Package Name column.
    Example file names: SupportPkg-Workflow-10142014-05.zip, SupportPkg-Farm-10142014-01.zip
To delete a support package
  • In the Action or Actions column, click Delete.
