Nintex End-of-Support Notification

Fixed Life-cycle Policy

Maintenance

  • Nintex provides one (1) year of product (AKA, software release) maintenance from the date the release was issued.

Upon release retirement (EOL), Nintex will no longer maintain the product/release as defined in Nintex RPA Service Level Agreement (page 9, clause 1 - "Maintenance"):

Support

  • Nintex provides two (2) years of support from the date the release was issued.

  • Extended support is available on special circumstances subject to Nintex's terms and conditions, or under official agreement with the customer.

Upon end of support, Nintex will no longer provide support for the product/release as defined in Nintex RPA Service Level Agreement (page 9, clause 1 - "Support").
