• With the release of Nintex K2 Cloud Update 22 there is a change in behavior for the default dynamic theme where the "Use Legacy Theme" check box on a form is now unchecked and the dynamic theme applies automatically. The default style profile for the dynamic theme now includes standardized color settings—such as main accent, page background, and content background—to ensure a consistent appearance across new forms.
