Simple Setup Templates

Simple Setup Templates uses a simplified, and easy to use set up to create new and modify templates. These templates can then be used again by either yourself, or another user in your instance of Nintex eSign. When initially creating a template, only the user that created the template has access to use it. You can share the template by editing the template's permissions by returning to the template list, selecting the template, and selecting the Permissions view. Use the templates option on the Simple Setup envelope portal to view and edit templates you have access to.

To manage templates, click on the Templates menu selection on the top bar. For more options, click on existing templates that you have the rights to edit.

There are two ways to create a template:

  1. Select Create Template from this screen.

  2. Perform a Simple Setup send operation and select to save your work as a template.
