Password Recovery

Sometimes it may be necessary to recover your password. Either because of a forgotten password or passing the number of days after a password reset grace period.

In most cases your password will need to be reset every 90 days after setting a new password. However, it is important to note that this is a setting set in the Security Preferences section and is based on your own company policies.

This topic discusses how to reset your password, or request a new password if your password has expired.

Note that once the password recovery email is sent, the user has 15 minutes to change their password.
