Turn On After Task

The After Task turns on automatically after the Start Task is executed at the beginning of the last run of a botflow. The Turn On After Task action modifies this standard behavior in botflows and changes the botflow behavior at run time. You may want to use this action after a botflow with an After Task has completed and needs to be reset for subsequent runs or due to other special conditions. You can create a Turn On After Task action to turn on an After Task when the action executes. For more information about tasks and creating an After Task, see After Task.

To create a Turn On After Task action in a botflow, on the Actions list, click Flow and select Turn On After Task from the After Task list.

Alternatively, you can manually toggle Don't run the task: 'My After Task Name' in the End Task in a botflow with an After Task. The botflow must be stopped or paused before the play button has been depressed to manually turn on the After Task.

Turning on an After Task using these methods only turns on the After Task for the current botflow; after the botflow has been executed, the After Task is turned off.
