Turn Off After Task
Note: The Actions Quick Reference provides a complete list of actions that you can print for easy reference.
The After Task turns on automatically after the Start Task is executed at the beginning of the last run of a botflow. The behavior of the After Task is set to Run the task: 'My After Task Name' in the End Task. As a result, even if the Turn Off After Task action has been executed on previous botflow runs, it must still execute on the last run or the After Task will run. For example, if you have six runs in your botflow and you set up the Turn Off After Task to execute on botflow runs 1 through 5, but not on run 6, the After Task will still be executed.
The Turn Off After Task action modifies the standard behavior of botflows running in Nintex Bot and changes the botflow behavior at run time. You may want to use this action due to special conditions. You can create a Turn Off After Task action to turn off an After Task when the action executes. For more information about tasks and creating an After Task, see After Task.
To create a Turn Off After Task action in a botflow, on the Actions list, click Flow and select Turn Off After Task from the After Task list.
Alternatively, you can manually toggle Run the task: 'My After Task Name' in the End Task in a botflow with an After Task. The botflow must be stopped or paused before the play button has been depressed to manually turn off the After Task.
