What is the Sound Action?
The Sound Action plays a specific sound in your Botflow. This can be useful to indicate when a specific task is being performed, or even to indicate success or failure of each processed record.
Note: The Sound Action may not work on all computers. Check to ensure that the computer is equipped with speakers and that a sound card is properly installed. Most modern computers come equipped with these features. Sounds may not be heard if the speaker volume is turned down, or if external speakers are turned off or disconnected.
Creating a Sound Action
Select Interaction
 Actions

to expand the Action list. Select the Sound
Action from the Actions list to display the
 Action Builder.

Select a sound
 from the list
 that will be played.
  Checking the Unmute option

 instructs Nintex RPA LE
to temporarily unmute the speakers so the sound can be heard.  Once
the sound is played, the speakers will be re-muted. Use the Listen
 button
to preview your sound before creating the Action.

Optionally add Notes

to the Action to document any special instructions
or functionality. When the Run Switch
is set to Run, the action
will be executed after clicking OK.
Note: The run switch is set to Run by default. To create or modify this action without executing it, click the slider to change the option to Don't Run. For more information, go to Action Builder.
Click the OK
 button
 to save the Action.
