The Set Before Task action changes any regular task to a Before Task, except the Start Task. If you change the Start Task to a Before Task, you will receive a warning message when the action attempts to execute. For more information about tasks and creating a Before Task, see Before Task.

To create a Set Before Task action in a botflow, on the Actions list, click Flow and select Set Before Task from the Before Task list.

Alternatively, you can manually change a regular task to a Before Task by right-clicking on the regular task and selecting Run Before.
