Print Report

The Print Report action instructs Nintex RPA LE to print the specified report while the script is running. When run, a Print Report action will display the report on the screen for a brief moment and then print the report. After the report is printed, it will immediately be closed, allowing the script to continue running.

Create a Print Report action

Important: You must have Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader set up as your default PDF viewer and you must be using Nintex Bot 17.9.1 or above to successfully create and use this action.

1. Select the Print Report action from the Actions list to display the Action Builder.

2. Select the desired report to print from the list of reports.

3. Click OK to save the action.
