Add a Delete List Row action to a botflow

This example provides the steps necessary to add a Delete List Row action to a botflow.

To add a Delete List Row action to a botflow:

  1. On the Actions List, click Lists and then click Delete List Row from the Values list.
  2. The Action Builder window for Delete List Row displays.

  3. Set the Delete List Row settings.
  4. List: Enter a list name in the List field.

    Row: Select a Row option from the drop-down list.

  5. If needed, adjust the Run Error Task settings to fine tune how the action runs.
  6. If needed, adjust the Run Switch setting to create the action without running it.
  7. Optionally, add an action note.
  8. Click OK to add the Delete List Row action to the botflow.
