Nintex Forms for Office 365 release notes

The release history outlines the key feature changes in the Nintex Forms for Office 365 service. It is not an exhaustive list of enhancements or bug fixes.

Note: 

  • Each release may include changes to the HTML structure. These changes may require adjustments to custom JavaScript.

  • Exported forms from Nintex Forms for SharePoint cannot be imported into Nintex Forms for Office 365

  • The Nintex Forms App has been updated to version 2.0.1.4. Some fixes below will require the app to be updated on your site.

  • This version supports English and Japanese.

Important: 

Supported browser update

  • Beginning February 1, 2021, Nintex will support Microsoft Edge (Chromium) and no longer support Microsoft Edge (Legacy).

  • Beginning February 1, 2021, Nintex Forms – New Responsive will no longer support IE11.

  • Beginning August 17, 2021, the Nintex apps on Microsoft 365 will no longer support IE11.

New Responsive Forms

Improvements:

  • Plugin Support: Form plugins are custom web components that extend the capabilities of your Nintex Forms. Imagine adding unique question types, like star ratings or sliders, or even integrating data visualizations like charts and tables directly into your forms. With plugins, the possibilities are endless. For more information, see the Form plugins help topic.

  • Support for the recent Google Chrome third party cookie changes. For more information, see this blog.

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed the defect where list name was empty for a list lookup control that is connected to a site level custom content type. (00460505)

  • Resolved an issue where Forms would not open on lists with too many content types. (00600006, 00600075)
