Office 365 assign license

Assigns a license to a user in an Office 365 domain.

Action settings

Do one of the following to open the Action configuration window:

Double-click the action.
Click on the action and then click Configure.

Field	Description
Username and domain	Username and domain of user for license assignment.
User location	Location of user for license assignment.
License Plan	SKU ID of the license plan. We recommend using Office 365 retrieve license plans to retrieve the available license plans' SKU IDs.
Connection	Permissions required: to assign licenses. Connection type required: SharePoint Online: User management. For more information about Connection types, see Connection types and Connector actions.
Administrator username / Password	(Displayed for legacy actions not yet updated.) Unmanaged credentials. Permissions required: to assign licenses. Note: As a best practice, manage credentials by updating actions to use connections.
Assignment successful	Boolean variable to store operation result. Returns "No" if the user was not assigned a license.
