If you have non-production tenants, their usage is also shown as a separate line graph overlaid on the production usage.

Frequently asked questions
The tenants shown are the production and non-production tenants linked to your organization. This might be dependent on how your organizational structure has been set-up. Please contact your account manager for more information or if something is not working as expected please contact support@nintex.com.
Entitlement refers to the amount of usage included in your organization’s subscription or plan for a specific capability, such as workflow instances, AI credits, app sessions, or documents.
Some capabilities may not have entitlement data available or entitlement may be managed differently depending on your contract or product configuration. In this case the usage information showing here is informational. Contact your account manager for more information. If, however, you were expecting to see entitlement data, and it is not shown raise this with support@nintex.com.
Functionality of that capability will not cease as soon as usage exceeds entitlement. However, you should contact your Nintex account manager to discuss how to best proceed with continuing using that capability.
Only users with the Organization Administrator role can access this page.
The Usage data page is intended to help administrators monitor usage. Refer to your contract or account manager for billing-related questions.
