Environments
An Organization administrator role is required. For information, see User roles.
The Environments page lists the environments available for your organization. Each environment shows the environment name and the identity provider connections assigned to it.
Users see sign-in options based on the active connections assigned to the environment.
-
Only active connections appear as sign-in options.
-
If one active connection is assigned, users are redirected to that connection.
-
If multiple active connections are assigned, users select a sign-in method.
-
Each environment must have at least one active assigned connection.

Assign a connection to an environment

-
Access the Organization portal. For more information, see Access the Organization portal.

Click Environments.
-
Under Environments, select
next to the identity provider connection you want to update. -

-
If available, choose whether users are automatically onboarded when they sign in through the connection.
Note: This setting is available for SSO connections.
-
Click Assign.
The selected connection is assigned to the environment and is immediately available to users as a sign-in option.
