User profile menu
                                                
 A participant role is required. For more information, see User roles.
The User profile menu displays the signed-in user name and gives access to key settings and options. From the profile menu, you can switch between the new and classic navigation, change the language, view what’s new in Nintex Workflow, send feedback, open the Nintex status page, and sign out.

Access the User profile menu and its options

Click
 next to the User profile name to open the menu and view options. 
New navigation
The New navigation toggle lets you switch between the new and classic navigation experiences. Use this option to choose the layout that works best for you. When you switch between navigation styles, you might be asked for feedback on why you chose to return to the classic navigation. This helps us understand your needs and improve your experience.

To switch between navigation experiences: Click
 next to the User profile name > . Turn on the toggle to enable new navigation. 
Language
The Language option lets you change the display language for the Nintex Workflow tenant. You can select a preferred language from the available options.
To change the language:

Click
 next to the user profile name > Language. - 
                                                    
In the Select Language panel, choose the required language from the dropdown list.

Click Save.
 
What's new
What’s new shows important announcements, release notes, and improvements that are available in Nintex Workflow. Use this to stay informed about the latest updates, notifications, and enhancements.

To find out what’s new in Nintex Workflow: Click
 next to the User profile name > What's new. 
Feedback
Opens the Nintex Ideas page, where you can share feedback as ideas for others to view and vote on.
To add a new idea:

Click
 next to the user profile name > Feedback. This opens the Nintex Ideas page. - 
                                                    
Click Add new idea.
 - 
                                                    
Select the product or service the idea is about.
 - 
                                                    
Choose a category for the idea.
 - 
                                                    
Enter the idea details.
 - 
                                                    
Enter an email address.
 - 
                                                    
Click Add idea.
 
Status page
The Nintex Status page shows service health, active incidents, and planned maintenance. It also provides information about potential service interruptions, including connector unavailability and workflow delays during maintenance.

To view the status of Nintex Workflow: Click
 next to the user profile name > Status page. 
Sign out
Sign out ends the current Nintex Workflow tenant session and displays the sign in page.

 next to the user profile name > Sign out.
