Step 5: Publish the workflow in Nintex Automation Cloud

After the workflow is moved to Nintex Automation Cloud, the configuration is completed, and the workflow is tested, it is ready to be published in Nintex Automation Cloud.

Any instances that are already in progress for the workflow in Nintex for Office 365 will continue to run even after it is deactivated and published.

Important: All the connections required for the workflow must be created in Nintex Automation Cloud and all actions configured properly before you publish the workflow.

Publish the workflow in Nintex Automation Cloud

  1. On the toolbar, click Publish. The Publish workflow window is displayed.

  2. Fill in the fields to publish the workflow.

  3. Select the Deactivate the workflow in Nintex for Office 365 check box.

  4. Note: If you publish the workflow without selecting the Deactivate the workflow in Nintex for Office 365 check box, you can deactivate it in Nintex for Office 365. See Step 6: Deactivate the Nintex for Office 365 workflow.

  1. Click Publish.
