T2M URL Shortener

Create a T2M URL Shortener connection

You can create connections from the Automate or Designer page.

Note: Your browser-stored credentials are accessed to create connections. Either clear credentials from browser memory or make sure the stored credentials are for the intended environment.


Permissions enable you to manage access for other users to use, edit, and delete connections.







Note: By default, users with administrator role will have the same rights as a Connection owner.

Create a T2M URL Shortener data source

Use the T2M URL Shortener data source to retrieve a list of shortened URLS from your T2M URL Shortener account.

Example:  To allow users to select a specific shortened URL in a form, add a drop-down list to the form using a Data lookup control A form control that allows users to select from a drop-down list of values that have been fetched from a third-party service.. The Data lookup control uses a T2M URL Shortener - Get shortened URLs data source to list URLs available from the T2M URL Shortener connection in the drop-down.

You can create a data source to:

  • Get shortened URLs: lists the shortened URLs available from your T2M URL Shortener account.

Each data source is configured for a specific user. You can create as many data sources as you need.

T2M URL Shortener data source fields

When you create a T2M URL Shortener data source, you can configure some additional fields to specify which tables, views, and stored procedures the data source should retrieve.


Field or selection


Add new data source Operation Displays the operations available for the selected Connector. Depending on the selection the following fields are displayed:
  • T2M URL Shortener - Get shortened URLs:
    • Order by date: Defines the sorting order of the resulting URLs: Ascending or Descending.
    • Page: Defines which page of the pagination to load.
    • Items per page Defines how many URLs to load on a single page.
