End this workflow
Use the End this workflow action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. Actions are the steps the workflow performs to complete a process. to end and complete a workflow if a particular condition exists.
This action terminates a child workflow and resumes a parent workflow. The CallBackUrl is also executed.
For example, in a workflow that includes a branch for processing payment, if payment is not received within a particular time period, then you may want to end the workflow as the remaining actions become irrelevant.
Configure the End this workflow action
In the Designer page:

Click the Logic and flow action group in the action toolbox.
or
Find actions by browsing action groups, or by typing an action name or function in the Search field at the top of the action toolbox.
- Drag the End this workflow action to the designer canvas and place it where you want the workflow to end.
- Click the End this workflow action.
- In the Reason Ended field, specify the reason for ending the workflow.
