Agentflows list

Important: Agents is currently in private beta and is not yet available to all customers.

The Agentflows page displays a list of agents you own and those shared with you. You can view and manage the agentflows you have access to. You can open, filter, export, import, or delete agentflows.

Users with an Administrator role can see all agentflows in the tenant.

Access the Agentflows page

The agent list is displayed in the Agents page.

  • Go to Agents > All agents.

Open the agent designer

The agent designer page is where you create, save, and publish agentflows.

  1. Go to Agents > All agents.

  2. Click Create agentflow .

The agent designer appears where you can begin creating an agentflow. For more information about the agent designer and creating agentflows, see Agent designer and Create an agentflow.

Manage agentflows

You can edit, delete, filter, edit tags, import, and export agentflows with the options available in the agentflows page.

Each agentflow in the list has an options menu that lists options relevant to that agentflow. To open the options menu, find the agentflow you want and click that's displayed on the right of the agentflow you want. For information about all the different options available, see Options ().

Agentflows can be filtered based on the status, agentflow name, ID, owner, the user who last edited the agentflow and type.

  1. Go to Agents > All agents.

  2. On the Agentspage, click Filter. A filter drop-down appears on top of the agentflow list.

  3. Click the filter drop-down. To filter based on:

    1. Select Status.

    2. In the Status drop-down field, select the status.

    3. Click Apply.

      The agentflows are displayed based on the selected filter options.

    1. Select Agentflow name.

    2. Type the agentflow name.

    3. Click Apply.

      The agentflows are displayed based on the selected filter options.

    1. Select Agentflow ID.

    2. Type the agentflow ID.

    3. Click Apply.

      The agentflows are displayed based on the selected filter options.

    1. Select Agentflow owner.

    2. Select a user.

    3. Click Apply.

      The agentflows are displayed based on the selected filter options.

    1. Select Last edited by.

    2. Select a user.

    3. Click Apply.

      The agentflows are displayed based on the selected filter options.

    Filter based on the agentflow type.

    1. Select Type.
    2. Select Production or Development in the type drop-down that's displayed.

      3. The agentflows are displayed based on the selected filter options.

To edit an existing agent:

  1. Go to Agents > All agents.

  2. On the Agentflows page, on the right of the agentflow you want, click and then select Edit from the options menu.

When you export an agentflow, the agent is downloaded as a JSON file. You can use that file to load the agentflow into another tenant.

  1. Go to Agents > All agents.

  2. On the Agentflows page, on the right of the agentflow you want, click and then select Export from the options menu.

  3. Click Delete.

You can delete an agentflow from the list.

  1. Go to Agents > All agents.

  2. On the Agentflows page, on the right of the agentflow you want, click and then select Delete from the options menu.

  3. Select Export from the options menu.

    Deleting an agentflow also deletes all associated published and draft versions. Any running instances are terminated.

Agentflow permissions

Agentflow permissions control which users can access agentflows and their instances. The agentflows visible to a user in a tenant depend on the assigned role.

Role based access

  • Global administrator or Automation administrator role: These users have full access to all agentflows in the tenant and can view and manage all agentflows within the tenant.

  • Other users: Can view and edit only those agentflows where they have been assigned the agentflow owner permission.

Column, setting, or selection Description
Filter

Displays a filter section at the top of the agentflow list. The following options are displayed in the filter section:

  • Filter drop-down displays the status, agentflow name, ID and type to filter the agentflows.
  • Delete( ): Removes the selected filter drop-down.
  • Apply: Saves the selections and displays the agentflows based on the selected filter options.
  • Cancel: Closes the filter section.

Import

Displays the Import section, with fields for the agent file and the agentflow name.

Agentflow name

Agentflow name specified when the agentflow was saved or published. Drafts of published agentflows include the icon .

Type

Agentflow type as counted for subscription: 

  • Development: Intended for testing and development use only. Counts as a development agentflow under your subscription license.

  • Production: Intended for production use. Counts as a production agentflow under your subscription license.

Status

Published or draft status of the agentflow.

  • Published: All agentflows that are published shows the Published status.

  • Draft: A draft agentflow is a saved agentflow that's not published.

If you edit a published agentflow and save the changes, it becomes a draft version of that agentflow and is given the status Draft.

Last edited

The date and time that the agentflow was saved or published.

Edited by The name of the user who saved or published the agentflow.

Options ()

Lists selections relevant to the indicated agentflow.

  • Edit: Opens the agentflow in the agent designer.

  • Delete: Deletes the agentflow from the tenancy.

  • Export: Downloads the agentflow as a JSON file.

  • Permissions: Displays the agentflow permissions dialog box for managing who has access to the agentflow.

  • Instances: View all instances of this agentflow that were initiated in the past five days.
