From Nintex Automation K2 (5.8.1) onwards, there is a change in behavior for the default dynamic theme where the "Use Legacy Theme" check box on a form is now unchecked and the dynamic theme applies automatically. The default style profile for the dynamic theme now includes standardized color settings—such as main accent, page background, and content background—to ensure a consistent appearance across new forms. From Nintex Automation K2 (5.9) onwards, you can create your own custom controls in Management providing more flexibility and extensibility to the K2 product. Once created, these controls are available in the Designer for use in views and forms. Check out the Nintex Gallery for examples of custom controls in the K2 section.
