Design time translation
Design time translation allows views and forms to be translated to the supported language selected in your browser’s Preferred languages setting or language specified in Translation Settings. You can enable or disable translations for views and forms in the Designer by selecting or deselecting the Translations property of the view or form.

Views and forms can have translations enabled or disabled independently. This setting is enabled by default. When the Translations property of a view or form is enabled and the view or form is saved, translation keys are generated which allows you to create custom translation values for your views and forms.
-
Edit a view or form in the Designer.
-
In the Properties tab, under the Advanced section, select or deselect the Translations property.
Considerations
- The view and form's Translations property does not override the setting in Management for Runtime Forms. The Runtime Forms setting (parent setting) and the view or form Translations property (child setting) must both be enabled to allow translations.
- Disabling the Translations property of a view or form after saving or checking in the view or form will not delete translation keys that was previously generated. However, if the property is disabled, new translation keys will not be generated and the view or form will not be translated even if translations for it exist.
- The Translations property is selected by default for all new forms created with Nintex Automation K2 (5.8.1) or later versions.
- The Translations property is selected by default if you created or saved a view or form with translations in Nintex Automation (5.8), and then upgrade to Nintex Automation K2 (5.8.1) or later versions.
- The Translations property is deselected by default if you created or saved a view or form without translations in Nintex Automation (5.8), and then upgrade to Nintex Automation K2 (5.8.1) or later versions. If you want to enable translations for these views and forms, you must manually select the Translations property of the view or form.
