Review and approve workflow changes

This topic describes how to review, approve, and reject workflow changes.

Change approval for workflows must be enabled on the site. For more information, see Set up change approval for workflows.

To view approvals in progress

  1. Click the settings icon () on the upper right and then select Site settings to display the Site Settings page.

  2. Under Nintex Workflow, click Workflow change approval.
  3. On the Workflow change approval page, click View approvals in progress.

    A new page appears, listing workflow change approvals that are in process, completed, canceled, or errored.

To view changes in a workflow

  1. View approvals in progress.

  2. Click the name of the workflow.

To approve or reject a workflow

  1. Ensure that your account belongs to the approver group configured for workflow change approval.
  2. View approvals in progress.

    For instructions, see above procedure.

  3. Click In progress for the workflow.
  4. Click Respond to task.

  5. Select Approve or Reject.
  6. Click OK.
