Reflects the current release of Nintex for SharePoint 2016. For your version, please access assistance through the Help button in the product.
Nintex forms can be imported and exported to the local file system as '.xml' files. This is useful when copying forms from one server to another or for other file transfer scenarios.
The exported file can then be imported into a different SharePoint List, workflow action or another workflow, or as a template. When exporting a form, all of the configured device layouts are included in the export file. This results in all device layouts being imported when importing the file as a form or as a template.
Note: Classic and Responsive forms can only be imported into their respective designers. You cannot import a Classic form into the Responsive designer, or import a Responsive form into the Classic designer.
Note: When importing a form it will overwrite any of the current form design.
