Configuring notification preferences

This topic describes how to configure notification preferences for the User preferences page.

Nintex Workflow notifications can be sent via email, Office Communication Server (OCS) or SMS, depending on how the SharePoint environment is configured. Each user can then set their preferred method of notification for during and outside business hours.

Note: Nintex does not provide support for troubleshooting email, SMS, or OCS systems.

To set your personal preferences

  1. On Classic user interface, access the SharePoint site, click the logged-in user name link and then select User Preferences.

The logged-in user name link is typically located on the upper right.

    The User preferences page appears.

  2. On the Modern user interface, access the SharePoint site, click on Nintex Workflow, then Nintex Workflow options, and select User preferences.
