Setup

The Setup page is where you can customize your installation settings. Use the default values or tailor these settings to your specific requirements.

What to do on this page

1. Enter the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the application server in the Application Server (FQDN or IP) field.

   • The total FQDN should not exceed 255 characters.

   • Only letters, numbers, hyphens, or periods (as separators) can be used.

   • Each label (the portion of the FQDN separated by dots):

     • Must consist of 1 to 63 characters.

     • Must start with either a letter or a number.

2. (Optional) Click Test connection to validate the connection to the application server. It will be verified automatically when you click Next >.

3. Click Select folder to choose a destination folder for the installation files. You can use the default folder or select a different location based on your preferences.

   • The path must end with a folder and should not point to a file.

   • We recommend using a Nintex folder on the desired drive, e.g., C:\nintex.

4. Click Next > to continue.
