Does File Exist

Check to see if a file exists and place the result of the check (TRUE/FALSE) into a variable.

When adding a 'Does file exist' command, you have the option to select either the Local File System or SharePoint Online as the file storage location.

  1. Select Local File System as your file storage location.

  2. Enter the full file path and file name of the file you want to check.

  3. Enter the name of the variable where you would like to store the result of the check. The result will be either TRUE or FALSE, depending on the outcome.

You can search for a file stored in your SharePoint Online.
