Once you create a K2 solution, deploy and test it, you're ready to start using it. Some workflows start automatically when something happens (for example, a new item is created in a SharePoint list), while others start when you click a button on a form.

You can start workflows and complete your workflow tasks in different ways, such as via your worklist, K2 Mobile, K2 Workspace, or by email (SmartActions).
