Once the designer has checked in a view or form, you can open the view/form to interact with it. For example, you might complete and submit an online survey form, or use a form to complete workflow tasks such as approving leave.

You can open views and forms in different ways, depending on the application's design:

• Use a web browser to open the view/form directly via a URL. You can use the view or form properties page to determine the Testing URL or the Runtime URL and then click the link or type the URL into a browser to launch the view/form. (If using a view, the Allow Standalone property must be true before you can open the view via URL).
• Opening a worklist item in K2 Workspace from the My Tasks section.
• Open the worklist item link in a workflow task notification email.
• Use the Apps section in K2 Workspace (or K2 Workspace Apps for mobile devices) to open forms associated with specific applications.
