K2 LDAP User Manager Preparation

To use the K2 LDAP user manager, make sure to include user entries for the K2 service account and the K2 installer account (if not installing with the K2 service account). Select either Active Directory or SQL as your user manager when installing K2, and then after installation configure LDAP as your user manager.
