What's New in K2 Cloud Update 5 Fix Pack 7

The following bugs have been fixed in this update:

  • When you upgrade from Update 4 to Update 5 not all SmartBox SmartObjects were moved to the SmartBoxData schema causing SmartObject exceptions.
  • When you upgrade from Update 4 to Update 5 and use a SmartObject in a workflow that has a date input, the data returned as System.String[].
  • When you use Package and Deployment to deploy a package containing a workflow with lots of steps and configuration, the deployment failed due to high memory usage or the server crashed.
  • When you use a parameter of an advanced SmartObject method in a workflow to set the folio of a task, a "One of the properties in activity: 'Set Folio' located in event: 'Get Document' is pointing to an external reference definition that does not exist" error occurred when trying to deploy the workflow. Remember to clear your browser cache after applying the fix pack.
