SharePoint Records Management Wizard - Release a Hold
The Release a Hold function makes the specified Hold unavailable for future use. It will not delete the Hold, but it will be unusable, this is a Microsoft specific limitation.

Information required to complete this task:
- The specific Record Center's URL
- The Hold ID
