Editing a K2 Designer for Visual Studio Wizard Notification E-mail in K2 Workspace

In the K2 Designer for Visual Studio wizards there is an option Would you like to send a notification of the event to the destination users(s)? option on the Event Notification Settings section that if selected will insure that the destination users get an E-mail notification notifying them of the task assigned to them by the K2 blackpearl workflow. The e-mail is a default E-mail as shown below:

This e-mail notification can be modified by following the steps below:

1. Deploy the workflow in K2 Designer for Visual Studio (if not done already)
2. Open the K2 Workspace using the shortcut located on the desktop
3. Hover the mouse cursor over the Notification Events menu to show the menu item, click on the Notification Event Designer

4. From the Public Folder expand the tree so Public Folder > Workflow Notifications > [name of workflow process] displays

5. Right-click on [name of workflow process] and select Edit to open the Notification Event wizard
6. Step through the wizard making the required changes.
   

The Notification Event wizard contains the following steps:

Step 1: Information: Update/Change description and location

Step 2: Source: Update/Change the events that will trigger the e-mail notification

Step 3: Notification: Update/Edit the actual e-mail notification

Step 4: Finish: Save the changes made in the previous steps
